Size Swap Policy

We are happy to facilitate a size swap for the same sneaker model, subject to the following conditions:

  • Request Period: Size swap requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Sneakers must be unworn, in brand-new condition, and returned with the original packaging and tags intact.
  • Stock Availability: Swaps are subject to the availability of your desired size. If your size is unavailable, no refund or store credit will be issued.

How to Request a Size Swap

  1. In-Store Purchases:

    • Bring your sneakers and proof of purchase to our warehouse.
    • Our team will assist you in finding the right size.
  2. Online Purchases:

    • Ship the item back to us using a trackable method. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, but we’ll cover the shipping costs for sending out the new size.

Defective or Damaged Items

Preowned products are sold "as-is" and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including sizing, fit, or aesthetic preferences.
